Agents and Producers often discover new talent for current show staffing by reviewing sample episodes ("Specs") written for their show, or similar shows. So if you've been itching to write your own episode of "The Office", or any current series, now is the time to add a few spec scripts to your arsenal. Most professional writers have at least two current specs, as they are a staple of any well rounded television writer/creator.   When pitching your spec script using our registration form (or via your members area, for current members), select the genre "Current Series Spec" and you will be presented with a list of current show titles to select as applicable. Then enter the synopsis of your episode, and mark the project as "script available". When an executive requests your spec script, you'll receive notice, and we'll put them directly in touch with you. Click Here for more details.     New Production Members   The TV Writers Vault welcomes two new production members to our slate of companies scouting new material for development- The Marc Bass Entertainment Group (MBEG), and KoldCast TV.   MBEG arrives from the world of talent management to development and production, currently scouting 1/2 hour sitcoms, and specific reality skeins geared toward younger audiences. Outlets they would supply content for include: Discovery, G4, Style, TLC, ABC Family, Bravo, Spike and Lifetime.   KoldCast TV takes us into the hot world of new media, developing series for web and other multi-media platforms.
