Scott Manville
is the President and Founder of the TV Writers Vualt (
www.tvwritersvault.com ) , a
groundbreaking service used by over 80 leading production companies and networks
scouting new writers and original written material for sale to the entertainment
industry.
Manville started his career in the entertainment
industry as an assistant to producers, progressing to creative executive and
ultimately serving as former lead development executive for Merv Griffin
Entertainment, Inc. (1997-2003) where he spearheaded the creation and
development of projects sold to the likes of Buena Vista Television ("Good
Samaritan"), and TNT ("It's Not About the Bike" - sale pending) which
garnered the largest offer for life-story rights in television history. He was
also directly involved in the development of best-selling author John Gray's
talkshow "Men are from Mars..." (NBC) hosted by Cybil Shephard.
Scott's hands-on experience within the television
industry inspired this groundbreaking service for the protection and promotion
of Writers original works.
To date, the TV Writers Vault has been responsible for providing thousands of
official reviews of writers works by leading production companies, along with
hundreds of Writers making personal contact with Producers, resulting in
numerous project sales to Network Studios and Production Companies.
Scott adds: "I take personal pride in creating new

know firsthand that given the proper tools and tenacity in any pursuit, anyone
can find success."
Prior to his career in development, Scott Manville was a
full time member of the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute where he
discovered his love of writing and drama while producing and performing stage
plays. Scott has also spent a total of 8 years as a nationally ranked road
cyclist, competing with the likes of Lance Armstrong.
He is currently married to the love of his life,
Jessica, residing in San Diego where they enjoy the most beautiful beaches in
California, when not travelling to their favorite resorts in wine country or
tropical destinations.
Scott continues to expand his relations and presence
within the entertainment industry, infusing his passion for all Writers
pursuits, while spearheading the TV Writers Vault as an integral tool of the TV
industry.
