I have a couple ideas for docu-series but not sure how the pitch for these should be written out. Is there any way we could get an example pitch posted? Thanks for any help I'm really looking forward to using the site.

Hi-
Thanks for taking the time to request advice on pitching a docu-series.
We'll soon have a page up at the site specific to that sub-genre. In general, you're writing a synopsis that should describe the most compelling elements, scenarios, or personalities of the subject/people/business (etc.) that you're proposing. Its all about detailing examples of what we would be potentially seeing in the series. What makes it unique, what are the inherent challenges/tasks involved in that world, and who are the people involved and how do they relate. Having some video tape (2 to 4 minutes) of the people/place or subject also helps to share with Producers who are interested in the project.
